What you will love about this home: My apartment is a bit small but a calm and eco-responsible sanctuary, less than 5 minutes from Rijksmuseum Twente and other fun places. Also, there is an art gallery around the corner. You're free to enjoy my projector, my nice long couch, and other of my amenities, but handle them with love and care. What you will love in the neighborhood I live close to the center of Enschede; my house is literally next door to Germany, within walking distance of the train station. A good spot from which to visit various cities not only in the NL, but also in Germany. My home is close to a park, perfect for anyone who loves to take a walk or run in the park, and you can visit the stores, grocery stores, and restaurants around my vicinity. Additional information! My house Rules: Check in and pick up the keys as indicated by me. No parties or events Please take off your shoes in the apartment No smoking or illegal substances in the apartment No pets or children under 10 No unapproved guests Respect the noise curfew between 10 pm and 8 am Speak softly in the common areas Take extra care of your keys. Lost keys incur a replacement charge; the one for the front door is expensive. Take care of the furnishings. You must pay for damages that exceed the security deposit. Sort trash as much as possible Please water plants every week and every few days during the summer. Check out: wash dishes, take out trash, remove bedding from the bed, and leave the keys as indicated by me.
