Large, charming, easily accessible loft (no direct neighbors) in a fairly recent and sleek building (close to Ghent ánd the Flemish Ardens, not far from Brussels) with plenty of vintage and characterful touches. It boasts incredible green views, abundant natural light, a garden terrace... And all the comforts: a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, a large queen-size bed + 3 beds, several dining/work tables, a beautiful Chesterfield lounge area, multimedia-options, a pellet stove, and much more. We're also ideally located: nestled amidst valuable natural and agricultural land. At the foot of the magnificent Flemish Ardennes, yet close to Ghent (15 to 20 minutes) and numerous other towns and municipalities (Oudenaarde, Zottegem, Deinze, Ronse, Merelbeke, Wetteren, etc.). The large green garden is shared but is rarely used: there are beautiful fruit trees, the views even reach Ghent, and the peace and fresh air are a bonus. The surrounding area teems with unique natural sites: a Zwalm gem (because yes, we're also in the charming Zwalm region), and the village of Dikkele is just a few hundred meters' walk away. Numerous forests, rivers/springs, rolling fields, and tourist hotspots are all nearby. This region is a true walker's and cyclist's paradise! There is also a lot to experience in terms of cultural history, apart from countless shops, organic farmers and restaurants... At the same time, the large city of Ghent is not far away, as are the major access roads.
